Very friendly Doctor who put me at ease. She explained what was going to happen in the procedure. Afterwards she explained the results and asked me if there was any questions. She did not rush me and made sure I was happy.

I was made to feel as comfortable as possible given the situation. I never felt like I was being rushed through the system or talked down to. The team as a whole, from the initial scan to the hysteroscopy were friendly, helpful and patient. Like you would hope that they would be but don't always feel that it is anymore. I was made to feel cared for and allowed time to rest and recover afterwards. I was even given a chocolate and a cup of tea to go with the painkillers.
